Sarah Silverman (Bedford, 1 de desembre de 1970) és una comediant, actriu i escriptora estatunidenca d'origen jueu. Tot i que normalment es fa dir Sarah Silverman, algunes vegades se l'anomena pel seu sobrenom Big S o Sarah 'Big S' Silverman. Sarah va cursar estudis de secundària en la Derryfield School a Manchester, Nou Hampshire i va viure a Bedford, New Hampshire. En la seva comèdia satírica, tracta temes tabú socials, i assumptes polèmics com ara el racisme, sexisme i religió.
