Jane Heap (1 de novembre de 1883 - 18 de juny de 1964) va ser una editora estatunidenca i una figura important en el desenvolupament i la promoció del modernisme literari. Juntament amb Margaret Anderson, la seva amiga i sòcia comercial (que durant alguns anys també va ser-ne l'amant), va editar la cèlebre revista literària The Little Review, en la qual van publicar una extraordinària col·lecció d'escriptors moderns dels EUA, Anglaterra i Irlanda entre 1914 i 1929. Heap ha estat anomenada "una de les contribuents més oblidades en la transmissió del modernisme entre Amèrica i Europa durant el començament del segle XX".

Margaret Anderson

Margaret Caroline Anderson (November 24, 1886 – October 19, 1973) was the American founder, editor and publisher of the art and literary magazine The Little Review, which published a collection of modern American, English and Irish writers between 1914 and 1929. The periodical is most noted for introducing many prominent American and British writers of the 20th century, such as Ezra Pound and T. S. Eliot, in the United States and publishing the first thirteen chapters of James Joyce's then-unpublished novel Ulysses.

A large collection of Anderson's papers on Gurdjieff's teaching is preserved at the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library, Yale University.

Elspeth Champcommunal

Elspeth Champcommunal (1888 – 10 November 1976) was a British fashion designer and the first editor of Vogue in Britain. She was influential as a designer in her own right in Paris, with an eponymous brand, later taking on the role of chief designer of Worth London. She was among the founder members of the Incorporated Society of London Fashion Designers (IncSoc) and remained involved with the organisation during her tenure at Worth London.
